What starts as an almost silly premise turns into a genuinely fascinating exploration of espionage, cultural influence, and the murky territory where governments and pop culture intersect. Keefe is one of the best investigative journalists working today, and his storytelling ability elevates what could have been a gimmick into something much deeper. Weird, unexpected, thoroughly researched, and completely addictive from the first episode.
