To Me, My X-Men Podcast

To Me, My X-Men is Dylan Carter’s newer show, a companion of sorts to his older House of X podcast but pointed more at the current era of comics and TV. Carter is a steady host who clearly reads a lot, and his episodes tend to move briskly through the week’s releases without getting stuck on one storyline for too long. He brings on guests frequently, which keeps the energy up and stops the show from feeling like one guy monologuing at a microphone. The coverage includes From the Ashes, X-Men ’97, and whatever else Marvel is putting out under the mutant banner at any given moment. What I like about it is the willingness to actually critique editorial decisions instead of just cheerleading. Carter has been covering this franchise long enough to compare current runs to earlier ones with real authority. Episodes are a manageable length, production is solid, and new listeners can jump in anywhere without feeling lost. A good general-purpose X-Men show for 2026. If you already listen to House of X, this feels like the natural next stop, with a slightly looser vibe and more coverage of the animated and live-action stuff.
