EntreLeadership

EntreLeadership has been around since 2011, which in podcast years makes it practically ancient, and it shows in a good way. The format is settled, the interviews are well-produced, and host John Felkins (who runs coaching for the EntreLeadership program) has a comfortable rhythm with guests. Dave Ramsey still appears regularly, usually to answer listener questions about hiring, firing, and the messier parts of running a small-to-midsize company. Expect guests like Patrick Lencioni, Jim Collins, and a rotating cast of founders running businesses in the $5M to $500M range - the kind of operators who are past the scrappy startup phase but not yet corporate. Episodes run about an hour and generally mix a guest interview with a Q&A segment pulled from listener submissions. The advice skews practical and slightly conservative. You won't get hot takes on crypto or growth-hacking tricks. You will get detailed conversations about org charts, compensation plans, and how to have hard conversations with underperforming employees. If you share the Ramsey worldview (debt-free, values-driven, long-term thinking), it fits like an old sweater. If you don't, some segments may feel preachy. Either way, the leadership interviews are strong enough to stand on their own merits.
